According to the city council, all municipal customer service centres will be closing at 12pm on the 24 and 31 December and no customer service centres will be operational on 25, 26 and 27 December.
“We would like to remind our customers that they can make use of EasyPay outlets, such as Pick n Pay; Shoprite; Checkers; Woolworths; major banks and the SA Post Office to pay their accounts”, said Stan Maphologela, spokesperson for city council’s revenue and customer relations management department.
Customers can log queries with Joburg Connect at 086 056 2874.
The city council apologised to all municipal customers for any inconvenience caused by the temporary closures.
