Alex businesses get a chance to showcase and potentially grow
Kasi Activation aims to help small businesses in Alexandra to reach their full potential.
Kasi Activation Expo recently hosted its first expo for Alex businesses which were invited to showcase their work, and share their success stories and network.

“Our aim with this event is to boost the local economy, social cohesion and to create a safe space for entrepreneurs to share their success stories,” said Vanessa Mdluli, the co-founder of Kasi Activation Expo.

Some of the businesses and organisations which participated included Noah Can Foundation, Cocktail Bar Experience, The Authentic Bushmen, KG Balloons Decor, Simke Consulting, Ko-9 Shisanyama, Statement Co, and Kid’s Coding among others.

“I am happy to say our first Kasi Activation was a success because people came and the businesses got to engage. Information was shared and we plan to make the second one even bigger. We invite every business person no matter how small.”
