In the text, Mopasi proposes the Mopasi Velox Synthesis (MVS) system as a framework for enhancing one’s individual reflection towards greater self-awareness, and taking action with a strategic plan on hand.

“The MVS prioritises emotional intelligence and compassion, and encourages people to recognise the importance of these qualities for building strong relationships and driving positive social impact,” said Mopasi. “These concepts are designed to help individuals and organisations navigate our complex, fast-paced environment, and achieve their goals.”

Mopasi invited learners across Alexandra township to take an interest in his literature for greater insight of what other development-aligned persons are doing, saying, and aspiring to. Furthermore, Mopasi addressed each school-going learner in an open letter.

In his heartfelt letter, Mopasi encouraged learners across the township community to remember that the world is constantly changing, advising all to allow their better judgment to prevail throughout the academic year.

“You will face many challenges along the way, however, stay true to yourself and your roots. The opportunities you have today are precious, so, make the most of them,” Mopasi said. “Develop a strong character, built on principles and values that will guide you throughout your life. Be resilient and adaptable, and stay focused on your goals.”
