WATCH : L-Tido back with a bang
One of the best artist in the South African hip hop music is back with a new banger.
ALEXANDRA – Alex resident and musician, Thato Madonsela, also affectionately known as L-Tido, has released a new hit which has taken the hip-hop scene by storm.
The song DlalaKaYona is said to be one of the best hits this year and was produced by Tweezy.

L-Tido has been hard at work and is set to release his third album later this year.
In an exclusive interview with Alex News the hitmaker said, “In this album I am mostly concentrating on me, with less features and more L-Tido. My second single is also done and it’s me alone again. There will be a few features on the album, but mostly it will be about me.”
He said people who came from underprivileged backgrounds in Alexandra should not see it as a barrier to achieving their dreams. “People make excuses because of their background,” he said.
“I do not think you get judged by that, you basically just need to work hard.”
The hip-hop star was recently featured in one of the hottest remixes of the year, Do Like I Do, which included the late Nkululeko Habedi, affectionately known as Flabba who was also from Alexandra.

L-Tido sent a message to his fans and said, “They should expect a dope album from me. I am working hard to make sure that I give them the best quality. I don’t think they will be disappointed at all with the things that I have been working on. They must look out for it and I will keep representing Alex to the fullest.”
