Gillooly’s Parkrun grows in popularity

Gillooly’s Parkrun kicked off seven weeks ago with the aim of getting up and exercising, and 620 people participated on June 4.

“It’s a free weekly timed event that starts at 8am. Anyone is welcome. They just have to register on Parkrun’s website and you print their own personal bar code which you bring along for scanning,” said Mrs Heidi Sutton, a volunteer at Gillooly’s Parkrun.

Dogs are also allowed.

The event takes place at Gillooly’s Farm, 47 Boeing West Road, Bedfordview, 2007 every Saturday at 8am.
