ECID to improve Edenvale

Edenvale’s City Improvement District is committed to creating a cleaner, greener and safer Edenvale and central business district.

ECID aims to serve property owners, businesses and residents in the improvement district and all stakeholders in the greater Edenvale area.

Since it was started the non-profit company has made improvements to the district and attracted new investors and businesses to the CBD.

By doing this ECID management hopes to attract the community back to the CBD.

The ECID footprint stretches from Horwood Street to Seventh Street and from Seventh Avenue to Voortrekker Avenue.

Although ECID membership is optional, membership does give community members voting rights at the CID’s annual general meeting.
