HRS girls row to victory
Holy Rosary High School Rowers recently took part in the St Mary’s Regatta, held at Roodeplaat Dam.
Kyla Pullen and India Burridge received gold in the U/15 double sculls, while Brooke Furlong walked away with silver in the U/14 single sculls.
Kyla Pullen also won a silver medal in the U/15 single sculls and Brooke Furlong and Robyn Atherton walked away with a silver medal in the U/14 double sculls event.
Robyn Armfield, Kyla Pullen, Calista Gallwey, Adrianna Tasovac, Jordan Hammond and Cox Courtney Mc Kinnon won a silver medal in the U/15 quadruple sculls event.
Lenore Blandshard and Adrianna Tasovac walked away with a bronze medal in the U/15 double sculls event.
India Burridge, Lenore Blandshard, Calista Gallwey, Callista Serraô and Cox Gaby Martin won a bronze medal in the U/15 quadruple sculls event.
Kallen Carrick, Courtney Kan, Lenore Blandshard, Marcella Amatucci and Cox Savanna Stewart walked away with bronze medals for the U/16 quadruple sculls event, wihle Lauren Soll won a bronze medal in the U/19 single sculls event.
