A man was robbed of his valuables on the Edenvale off-ramp on April 16, allegedly by two SAPS officers.
According to the Bedfordview SAPS, the victim was driving on the off-ramp when he was stopped by two men.
The suspects showed the driver an SAPS appointment certificate and proceed to search his vehicle.
During the search, the two suspects stole several valuable items out of the car. They then returned to their vehicle with the victim’s car keys.
Before leaving the scene, the men threw the victim’s car keys onto the side of the road.
A case of robbery was opened and investigations are continuing. @BedfordJourno
