RV Rampage stars former Edenvale resident
The 10-part series is set in New Zealand and will see teams face-off in various challenges.
Former Edenvale resident, Ms Deanna Grace and close friend Mr Byron Branfield, have taken on the Travel Channel’s RV Rampage.
The 10-part series is set in New Zealand and will see teams face-off in various challenges.
While tourist challenges are designed for teams to learn more about the lifestyle and culture of New Zealand, Rampage Challenges will see teams push themselves physically and emotionally.
The South African duo were introduced by Ms Grace’s ex-husband years ago, when they were both staying in South Africa.
The two have remained friends ever since and now both live in the United Kingdom.
Ms Grace and her four-year-old daughter moved to the UK to be closer to her parents who live in Cheshire.
Mr Branfield moved over for work in Southampton and for better travel opportunities.
They are both health conscious and support each other with exercise and diet regimes.
Ms Grace recently lost nearly 40 kilograms and, inspired by her accomplishment, she saw taking part in the RV Rampage as a new challenge which will push her to new limits.
The team is proud to represent South Africa.
RV Rampage airs every night at 9pm on DSTV’s Travel Channel.
