Sylvia joins OT team

Occupational Therapist (OT) Sylvia Birkhead joined forces with Ron Smith Care Centre’s OT team.

Sylvia won the prestigious Albie Sachs Award for making a significant difference in the lives of the disabled and has been the Occupational Therapy Association of South Africa’s OT of the Year several times.

With the expanding programme of activities and facilities offered at the Ron Smith Care Centre, there are more opportunities available for people wanting to volunteer their time and skills.
