2014 Kiddies Games a hit with children

The 2014 Ekurhuleni Kiddies Games 2014, a basic sports competition aimed at five and six-year-old children from all areas of Ekurhuleni, recently took place at the Reiger Park Stadium in Boksburg.

The children competed in various disciplines which included ball dribbling, cycling, ball-hopping, ring throwing as well as ball kicking.

The various disciplines were aimed at introducing pre-school children to the basics of sport before they go on to primary school.

Jumping castles, colouring books, banner parades, clowns and dancing with Mrs Dro, Ekurhuleni’s blue drop mascot, were additions to the fun activities this year. @BedfordEdenvale
