Club discusses upcoming garden festival

Mr Brian Hovelmeier from the Johannesburg South Garden Club and Renaissance Village was the guest speaker at the Bedfordview Garden Club meeting on Saturday, July 12.

Mr Hovelmeier addressed members of the Bedfordview Garden Club about the upcoming annual Bedford Garden Festival.

He also spoke about how various plant decorations can influence the beauty of events such as weddings.

“Everyone has been appreciative and welcoming to the information I have conveyed. The members of the Bedfordview Garden Club have been friendly,” said Mr Hovelmeier.

The Bedford Garden Festival will feature various plants on display, music, plant sales, food, art, hikes and cycling trails. @BedfordJourno
