The St Benedict’s Pipe Band and Highland Dancing Gathering took place on Saturday, July 12, at St Benedict’s College.
According to St Benedict’s headmaster, Mr Jeffery, “The gathering was not only about pipers and drummers but rather about the spirit in which it is all done. The gathering was also about forging relationships and enhancing the competition as a whole.”
The teams competing in the gathering included Jeppe CBC Boksburg, Cornwall Hill College, Benoni Novice Juvenile, Pretoria Boys High School, St Benedict’s, Lyttelton Manor, Pretoria Highlanders, African Skye, Transvaal Scottish and the Sandton Scottish team. @BedfordJourno
