Ms Henry trains teachers at School of Merit

Ms Brittany Henry is conducting her doctoral research, which includes training teachers at the School of Merit in Edenvale, as well as teachers in Pongola and Durban.

Ms Henry is a marriage and family therapy student from Nova South-eastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in the United States of America.

The research is based on the use of use of R.O.P.E, a solution-focused tool used to elicit strengths in children.

The research serves the purpose of determining the efficacy of this tool’s implementation in a varying range of cultural demographics and educational professions, with the express purpose of aiding in the furtherance of positive, educational experiences for children on a cross-cultural level.
