Clean up at Horwood’s Farm
Litter around the homestead was the prime target as volunteers from Mamba Security, local councillors, pupils from local schools as well as members of the community took to the farm.
The Friends of Horwoods Farm conducted a clean-up on Saturday, September 13.
Litter around the homestead was the prime target as volunteers from Mamba Security, local councillors, pupils from local schools as well as members of the community took to the farm.
Residents are invited to join the Friends of Horwood’s Farm for the monthly park clean up. The group meets on the second Saturday of each month to clean sections of the historical grounds.
The group’s next clean-up will take place on October 11 from 9am to 12-noon.
