Residents flock to Little Eden fun day

Little Eden thanked all its donors and supporters for a successful family fun day, which was held on September 14.

The event was held at Little Eden Elvira Rota Village in Bapsfontein.

Families took advantage of the weather and were welcomed by a dance and musical item performed by the Little Eden residents, before embarking on a five kilometre walk around the farm.

Music by pianist Tyron Aaron and his sister kept visitors entertained while they browsed through the various stalls of food and other items for sale in aid of Little Eden.

This is the second year Little Eden has hosted the family fun day.

While the event aims to raise funds for the society, it is also intended to offer an opportunity to donors and friends to visit the farm and meet some of the residents.

Little Eden continues to participate in various activities all year round, which are aimed at fundraising and spreading the word about the work the society carries out.
