The NEWS has previously received photographs from residents of flooding in the area after heavy downpours.

Edenvale resident, Mr Bryan Bailey captured the Edenvale river in flood following heavy rains on January 3.

Roughly an hour after the down pour the river subsided. The river burst its banks due to debris which blocked the flow of water.
