Top marks for Nikita
The award ceremony took place at the Old Parliament Buildings in Pretoria on February 20.
Nikita Boshoff, a former Jeppe High School for Girls pupil, was presented with the ATKV Award for the Best English Mark in the 2014 grade 12 final examinations in Gauteng.
She was third best in South Africa.

Nikita started off her schooling at Hurlyvale Primary School. She then moved to Jeppe Girls in grade 9 in 2010. She was awarded full academic colours in grade 11 and in grade 12.
She was the top pupil in English and history in her final year of schooling and won the Cultural Trophy for the Most Promising Future in Public Speaking at Valediction.
She has just registered for a Ba Degree in languages at Wits University and is aiming for a career in publishing.
