City Power will attend to the removal of rubble at the servitude area adjacent to EMM owned property, off Dunbar Street in Illiondale.
The council entity made the statement after complaints of illegal dumping in the area.
City Power spokesperson, Ms Yumna Sheik, urged residents to report any illegal dumping to the City of Joburg Call Centre.
“Community members must call the call centre on 0860 562 874 and press option 4 in order to report illegal dumping. Upon calling, they will then receive a reference number,” said Ms Sheik.
When you have a reference number, you can call your nearest regional Pikitup Depot to request the removal of the illegally dumped rubble.
