A man was hijacked in a new company vehicle, shortly after leaving the dealership he bought it from on Tuesday last week.
The Cleveland SAPS spokesperson, Constable Mpho Mashakane, said three men were sent by a company to collect three new bakkies from a dealership in City Deep.
“As they were driving back to the company, a silver grey Toyota Corolla blocked one of the bakkies. One of the four occupants inside the Corolla pointed a firearm at the driver and ordered him out of the vehicle. The suspect sped off in the bakkie, leaving the driver on the side of the road,” said Const Mashakane
