A complainant has claimed that the two suspects who allegedly stole some of his possessions were hired by the landlord to clean up the yard.
According to the Bedfordview SAPS‘ communications officer, Warrant Officer Mduduzi Nthlabathi, the complainant left to go the shops, leaving the cleaners behind.
He returned home at about 2pm and found that his Ipad, generator and DVD player had been stolen.
The stolen items are worth about R13 000.
W/O Nthlabathi said two suspects were arrested following investigations.
