The Edenvale SAPS were called to a secondhand goods dealer when two more explosive devices were found.

This was the second such discovery this week.

The two devices, a 60mm mortar round and a detonator, were found on Thursday morning.

The SAPS bomb unit arrived and declared the items safe.

Edenvale SAPS acting communications officer Warrant Officer Jean Olckers said that members of the community should rather phone the police than risk their own lives when they find explosives.
