This morning a truck accident on the N3 north near Bedfordview caused traffic chaos on one of the city’s busiest arterial routes.

According to reports an articulated vehicle overturned in the early hours.

The road was closed for recovery of the vehicle.

The driver sustained slight injuries. Traffic was diverted around the area.

Traffic was also adversely affected on the N3 south at the Linksfield off-ramp due to a taxi crash. The cause of the crash is unknown and will form part of a police investigation.

A third crash occurred between a car and a bike at the intersection of Elm Street and Linksfield Road.
