The Bedfordview and Edenvale NEWS and Joburg East EXPRESS urge all the ward councillor candidates, standing in the upcoming local government elections, to submit their details to our newsroom.
Candidates are urged to send a good quality photo (approximately 2 megabytes) including their names, political affiliation and ward number to us by July 27.
Candidates in wards 18, 19, 20, 36 and 92 in Ekurhuleni as well as wards 32 (Modderfontein), 65, 66, 67 and 118 in the City of Johannesburg are urged to send in their details.
Submissions can be sent to mlombard@caxton.co.za with the subject line, 2016 Elections – ward candidate.
We also request that all candidates submit their contact details to the newsroom for our records.
These photos will be published in an online gallery prior to August 3.
