Bedfordview resident and struggle veteran, Dr Stephen Mncube has died.
Bedfordview resident and struggle veteran, Dr Stephen Mncube has died.
The 75-year-old succumbed to complications following a heart attack last Wednesday.
He died at the Netcare Milpark Hospital.

Dr Mncube was a former chairperson of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA).
His memorial service will be held this afternoon at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Dube Village Soweto.
The service is scheduled to start at 1pm.
His funeral will also be held at the same venue on Saturday from 8am.
