Mr Gary White has confirmed that his daughter has been found.

Earlier this evening Mr Whire appealed to the community for help after his 16-year-old daughter, Megan, went missing from Dunvegan at 4.20pm today.

Mr White said his daughter took a black backpack, clothes and her toiletries with her.

He told the NEWS that he suspects that his daughter has run away with her boyfriend who stays in the Esther Park area.
