Parrot Products in Cleveland participates in a Cell C Take A Girl Child To Work Day

JOBURG – Eight girls see how work life is at Parrot Products in Cleveland.

Parrot Products in Cleveland participated in the Cell C Take A Girl Child To Work Day on 26 May.

The movement affords grades 10 to 12 girls from all walks of life with the chance to experience firsthand the culture and people of an organisation.

Sharon Mutenje from Parrot Products said the company spent the day with eight schoolgirls.

“The day was productive and we made sure that they met with women in different managerial positions in our company,” Mutenje said.

She said the youngsters learnt that they need a lot of skills to survive in the work environment including hard work and dedication.
