Sandton designer rides for Thembalami Care Centre

Johannesburg resident Samantha Peck will once again join hundreds of other cyclists who ride for a purpose greater than their own personal goals.

Johannesburg resident Samantha Peck will once again join hundreds of other cyclists who ride for a purpose greater than their own personal goals.

Every year, these cyclists take part in the Telkom 947 Ride for a Purpose Cycle Challenge.

The Infinitude Design employee routinely takes part in sporting events to raise both money and awareness for Thembalami Care Centre.

The care centre looks after vulnerable senior citizens and aged deaf and deaf-blind people.

In addition to Sam’s individual efforts, Sandton-based Infinitude Design has adopted the care centre as one of its main corporate social investment (CSI) beneficiaries.

Over the past six years, the talented design team has transformed a number of areas at Thembalami into warm, inviting spaces. Later this month, it will be tackling the dining room.

This year’s cycle challenge takes place on Sunday, November 19, at Riversands Commercial Park. It will be Sam’s sixth ride for Thembalami.

If you would like to assist Sam in her cause by making a donation, please call her on 082 337 8313 or 011 802 6688 or email samantha@infinitude.co.za
