St George’s Village celebrates milestone birthdays

Helmut Estler and Jean Fairweather, both residents at St George’s Village in Bedfordview, celebrated milestone birthdays in January.

Helmut turned 99 on January 20 and Jean celebrated her 98th birthday on January 24.

Helmut is an amazing old man who is the first man at St George’s to reach this milestone.

Jean Fairweather who is the doyen of St George’s Village celebrated her 98th birthday on January 24. She is described as a charming lady and was well known in the area for making wedding dresses as well as her own clothes.
