Edenvale school collects over 1 700 litres of water for Cape Town
"Our butterfly class won. They collected 350 litres of water."
With the assistance of the Edenvale community, Over The Moon Childcare Centre collected 1 705 litres of water for Cape Town residents.

The school began its collection drive on January 26.

The water was collected by Time Trucking on February 9.
Wanda Groenewald, manager of the centre, said the learners loved the project.
She said the project became a competition among the learners.
“Our butterfly class won. The learners collected 350 litres,” said Wanda.
Kaydence, from the butterfly class, collected the most water.
She collected 173 litres.
