Recycle4Rescue team up with Bedfordview Veterinary Clinic
“I knew that this was a project that Remade could get involved in,”

Remade Recycling placed its second glass skip for Recycle4Rescue at the Bedfordview Veterinary Hospital.
Judy Knox, chief executive officer at Recycle4Rescue, has a vision to unite communities with a common purpose.
She wants everyone to have a cleaner community and to rescue animals by raising funds by recycling glass.

Recycle4Rescue has therefore been in partnership with Remade Recycling due to a common goal.
“I could sense the passion and determination in Judy’s voice as she shared her vision with me.

“I knew that this was a project that Remade could get involved in,” said Michella Hattingh, marketing and PR manager for Remade Recycling.
The first collection skip was at Marlands Shopping Centre in Germiston with support from Remade Recycling.
Recycle4Rescue along with Remade Recycling collected over 20 tonnes of glass in six months with the support from the Primrose community.

After a great success, Remade Recycling reached out to Bedfordview to expand the collection.
Dr Chris Killian and his team at the Bedfordview Veterinary Hospital jumped at the opportunity to get involved.
