Assumption Convent High School choir performed at the National Eisteddfod Academy held at St Benedict’s College on October 1.
Marinella Sousa, marketing manager of the school, said the choir, trained by Rob Stewardson and accompanied by Louis Maritz, was awarded a diploma.

“The diploma is the highest accolade the eisteddfod bestows and it was for the choir’s performance of Joshua by Rollo Dilworth. The choir has worked exceptionally hard for these awards and choir members are proud of their achievements,” she said.
