Motorcycle club gives back to those in need

“If it were not for organisations and individuals such as yourselves things would be a lot harder.”

The Classic Motorcycle Club recently made a donation of R50 000 to two charities in Edenvale and Modderfontein.

On December 9, Edenvale Care Centre Hospice and SA Guide Dogs received donations of R30 000 and R20 000 respectively.

The Annual handovers were done at the Edenvale Care Centre and in Modderfontein. This year marked the 12th year the club has supported the charities.

“If it were not for organisations and individuals such as yourselves, things would be a lot harder,” said Sister Leigh of the care centre.

“The funds donated give us such a boost and give us a stressfree Christmas.”
