Edenvale and Bedfordview Cubs attend camp in preparation to win highest award
The Cubs built their own wilderness shelters by using plastic sheets, sticks and rope and then slept in these structures for two nights.
Bedfordview and Edenvale pack leaders from the Northrand District of Scouting recently hosted a camp to assist their 10-year-old Cubs, who are working towards achieving their highest award in their cubbing career, the Leaping Wolf.

The Cubs were guided through the process, but had to complete various requirements by themselves.
While at camp, they worked on the badges they needed.

Skills such as axemanship, knotting and first aid were also covered.
