Two dead, one injured in Bruma shooting

Two of the three men assessed by paramedics sustained fatal injuries and were declared deceased on the scene.

Two men were shot and killed and a third injured in a shooting on Allum Road in Bruma last night.

According to Netcare 911’s Shawn Herbst, paramedics received reports of the shooting shortly before 8pm.

“Reports from the scene indicated that three adult males were shot,” he said.

Two of the three men assessed by a Netcare 911 paramedic sustained fatal injuries and were declared deceased on the scene.

“The third adult male sustained a gunshot wound to the lower limb and was treated on scene before he was transported by ambulance to a hospital,” Herbst said.

The EXPRESS has been unable to confirm the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
