The Sacred Heart College jazz band TBC and marimba band will be performing at The Royal Race Day at Turffontein, Johannesburg, on April 13.
Princess Charlene of Monaco will be in attendance at this year’s event.
The jazz band will be performing in the Mrs South Africa tent and the marimba band will be playing in between races.
“We encourage parents and friends of the school to come in their numbers and make it an outing with your friends.
“Tickets are free. For every ticket scanned on the day, Sacred Heart College will receive R50.
“All you have to do is fill in the link to state the number of tickets you want, collect them at the main reception of the college and we’ll see you there,” said Lynn Walker, marketing coordinator.
The event promises to be a memorable affair with a top hat and tails dress code.
