Prawn cocktail and smoked chicken salad

Ingredients:

5/6 handfuls of shell pasta boiled.

16 Prawns.

1 Smoked chicken breast chopped in small pieces.

1/2 red onion finely chopped.

8 small salad tomatoes sliced in 4.

Small piece of cucumber finely sliced.

2 Chillies / 1/2 Green pepper.

1/2 cup Creamonaise / Salad Cream

3 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce.

2 teaspoons butter/margarine.

Ginger and garlic 1/2 teaspoon Aromat.

Method:

Marinate cleaned prawns with Ginger and garlic, aromat and pepper.

Add butter to the frying pan.

Fry prawns until pink and remove and keep aside.

Add boiled pasta into a serving bowl.

Add onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and chillies.

Add Cremonaise, sweet chilli sauce.

Add cool prawns and chopped smoked chicken pieces.

Plate, garnish dish and serve.

Cost:

Chicken Roast : R 80.

Prawn Cocktail Salad : R90.

Total : R170 for 4.
