Ingredients:
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon of oil
- 2 Liquidised or grated tomatoes
- 2 Teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 Tablespoons Aromat
- 2 Teaspoons sugar
- 1 Packet of puff pastry
- 1 Packet of asparagus
- 1 Onion, caramelised
- 1 Cup mozzarella and cheddar, grated
- 1/2 Teaspoon butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Aromat
- Chillies are optional.

Method tomato relish base:
- Fry finely chopped onion in a pot with a little oil.
- Add liquidised tomatoes.
- Add Aromat.
- Chillies are optional.
- Fry asparagus lightly.
- Roll out puff pastry.
- Cut into nine pieces.
- Add relish across ways on puff pastry.
- Add some caramelised onions on top of relish.
- Place asparagus on top of onions.
- Add cheese, then bring sides together and seal with flour-and-water paste.
- Place on grease-proof baking sheet and bake at 190 deg C for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
