Santa’s helpers visit Bedfordview’s pubs and restaurants

Despite rain and cold weather, spirits weren’t dampened as Bedfordview Athletics held a Pub Run through the rainy streets of Bedfordview.

Claiming to be a very colourful club, the members certainly turned it up a notch with their bright, festive outfits.

Gerald Yapp of the club said some members seemed to train all year long for the run.
“If you saw a six-foot elf or some of Santa’s helpers running around the streets of Bedfordview this past weekend, it was not the North Pole on early manoeuvres, but your local running club having some fun,” said Gerald.
