Robbers target Isandovale petrol station

"It is unknown which direction they fled but we are tracing the registration number on their vehicle."

Edenvale SAPS is investigating a case of business robbery after an Isandovale petrol station was robbed last night, April 3.

Edenvale SAPS spokesperson Sgt Jacob Mashile said the robbery occurred at 7:15pm.

“Two men entered the store at the petrol station and pointed their firearms at the cashier,” said Gauteng SAPS spokesperson Capt Kay Makhubela.

“They demanded money and their accomplice waited in their car.”

Mashile said the men fled the scene in a white Nissan Almera.

“It is unknown which direction they fled but we are tracing the registration number on their vehicle,” said Mashile.
