UPDATE: Ekurhuleni restores call centre system

The City once again apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Ekurhuleni residents are informed that the Call Centre is back online following a technical glitch that affected the call taking system yesterday.

“Although the call centre is back online, residents can now use it to report issues and the platforms listed below to inform the city of service-delivery related issues,” says the City’s spokesman Zweli Dlamini.

The other platforms are:

– Twitter handle – CoE_Call_Centre;

-Siyakhokha website – https://siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za/Account/Login ;

– email – @ Call.Centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za; and

– My Ekurhuleni App.

The City once again apologises for the inconvenience caused.
