Edenvale seniors raise funds at successful market
The Senior Citizens Society hosted a well-supported market, boosting funds for local activities.
The Edenvale Senior Citizens Society recently held a morning market to raise much-needed funds.
Held at the Edenvale Community Centre on April 11, the market was described by committee member Linda Ranwell as a huge success.
“A lot of money was raised, this will help us continue to host the activities we organise for the seniors of Edenvale and the surrounding areas,” said Linda.
At the market, there were tables full of glassware, china plates of all sizes, clothes, linen and hundreds of books.
