EMPD demolishes three illegal structures in Edenvale
The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department removed three unauthorised structures in Edenvale following community complaints, ensuring public safety and compliance with municipal bylaws.
The EMPD took swift action against unauthorised constructions in Edenvale on August 29.
At about 07:00, EMPD Edenvale precinct officers, together with traffic wardens, demolished three illegal structures erected on the open veld along Gonzalves Road.

The action followed multiple complaints from residents regarding unauthorised structures in the area.

During the operation, two individuals found residing in the structures were asked to vacate the premises.
