Bedfordview SAPS busts suspect for drugs

Members of the Crime Prevention Unit from Bedfordview SAPS have arrested a suspect for allegedly selling drugs on May 18.
The suspect was apprehended in Klopperpark by Kruin Street during a patrol by the officers.
Corporate communications officer for the station Sergeant Lillian Modiga said the suspect was found with 40 tablets wrapped inside a blue plastic bag as well as money.

“He confessed to the officers that he was selling them for R50 each. He was arrested and detained at the station for further investigation.
“The station commander has applauded the members for good work,” she said.
