Bikers flock to Greenstone Shopping Centre for the show

Bikers from near and far flocked to Greenstone Shopping Centre when they attended the Classic Motorcycle Club’s 1000 Bike Show.

Sheltered from the elements, the bike show was on August 31 and September 1 in the undercover parking of the shopping centre.

The show was previously held at Jeppe Quondam.

Chairperson of the club Graham Kendall explained the move to the new venue allowed the club to expand its displays while ensuring all exhibits remain under cover, safe from the elements.

This year’s show showcased 350 motorcycles, dating back to 1918 to modern motorcycles.

Graham said the event was well-attended by community members and motorcycle enthusiasts.
