Inyoni Creek treats residents to street braai

Despite the wet weather, spirits remained high and guests enjoyed themselves.

Inyoni Creek’s February street braai was a feast to remember when residents came together for fun and laughter.

Organised by residents Clive and Jenny Cubitt, with support from Shelley and Steve Sherwood and the Street crew, the event was set up in a double parking bay – only to be swiftly relocated to Iris Clark’s garage when the rain rolled in.

Resident Mel Stamelman called the braai a smashing success, with everyone savouring the good food and great company.

Enjoying themselves at the braai were Fransie du Preez, Dawn Casper, Isobel Hamilton and Wilmene Brauns.

Inyoni Creek manager Jenny Tonkin echoed the sentiment.

She said it was the perfect way to unwind and connect with the community.
