Vegas-style charity challenge at Emperors Palace gives back to Ekurhuleni youth
Community members and influencers competed in immersive games and enjoyed star-studded performances at Emperors Palace, helping raise R100 000 for Ekurhuleni charity projects.
The magic of Vegas lit up the night when Emperors Palace hosted the glamorous Vegas Dreams Celebrity Charity Challenge at the Palace of Dreams.
Hosted on August 28, community members enjoyed a fun-filled night while supporting local charities.
The event also launched Emperors Palace’s latest gaming promotion, Vegas Dreams, while giving back to the community.

Hosted in the Ultimate Supernova Stadium Game Arena, guests and influencers competed to raise money for charity.

It was an evening of entertainment and star-studded performances, with a truly Vegas-style performance from Shakey Russel as Elvis, who rocked the arena with Vegas hits, setting the scene for a profitable night.
Guests competed in the gaming arena, an immersive electronic table-game zone with touchscreens, high-definition graphics and pulse-pounding sound.
The goal was to top the leaderboard and win money for charity.
Lady Luck smiled on the evening, and R100 000 was raised for two Peermont charity trusts supporting several projects in Ekurhuleni communities.

The Peermont Education Trust received R50 000, and the Peermont Children’s Trust also got R50 000 to use to transform young lives.
