“Motorists should not speed at all unless it is life or death. It’s all about safety first. You have to make sure that as a motorist you look after other road users and be responsible on the roads.”

“You should only speed if you are transporting an injured person or a pregnant lady. Only in case of an emergency is driving above the speed limit acceptable.”
