Reader touched by ECPF response

We as a community also needs to understand circumstances and mistakes occur.

EDITOR – On reading the article regarding the Edenvale Community Police Forum vehicle parked in disabled parking, it made me release how quick we are to jump to conclusions or complain without realising the facts.

It was wonderful to see Mrs McKenzie’s apology, but I felt sad that the driver had to face this after all she has been through, and this was not even her fault. On top that, all the great work the ECPF does for the community, we as a community also need to understand circumstances and that mistakes occur.

To the driver and Mrs McKenzie, thanks for showing integrity in your apology and keep up the fantastic work you do in our community. My best wishes to the driver in this tragic time
