Who is taking the Ronnie bags?

EDITOR – I noticed an unknown vehicle patrolling the streets ahead of the Ronnie Bag pickup, removing most of the paper and taking the bags.

I put out three bags and two were removed before the official van came for pickup at 4.15pm.

I phoned Mpact on 011 538 8600 and the lady asked that if anyone can get the registration number of the vehicle, to report it to them so they can follow up.

I imagine they are losing a lot of revenue through theft which will make their business and thus their service to the community unsustainable.
